The 1280 is an extremely high resolution audio delay based on the
proprietary converter technology that made the TC2290 Dynamic Digital Delay a world standard in the recording industry.
The unit is in good overall shape, (its built like a tank with a decent toroidal transformer) the front panel does have a fair few scratches but its had a PSU refurb, recap, new pots and knobs.
This is a very ‘accurate’ delay line designed for speaker alignment. It does not have a ‘feedback’ control. However for ‘spot on’ punchy delays an output can be routed to an input to get two delays of different times. This thing is tight sounding when playing with synths or drum machines.
