These units are pretty much all plastic and can easily twist with use.
This caused the key contact board supports to snap which meant the stability is lost.
A very awkward thing to try and resolve especially as the carbon strip and key contact pcb are an unusual design which doesn’t leave much room for the usual repair / cleaning methods.
