Moog Prodigy Repair:
This Moog Prodigy Repair came in initially with a dead filter section. We were asked to check it over as well and future proof / service it.
She was in really good condition inside and out and had the later service bulletin modifications done which included all the additional sockets on the rear panel.
A glaring error was spotted in that a -15V negative regulator had been fitted instead of a -12V one. This meant that the unit was being power with unsymmetrical power rails of +12 and -15.
Upon sorting this problem, and repairing the dead VCF section a complete calibration was required to readjust everything to correct +/- power supply.
The felt between the pot knobs was also starting to get into the potentiometers so this was all cleaned away.
