Description
Noise Refuge Sound Haven Soundproof cabin
A Noise refuge, also called an acoustic cabin, soundproof cabin or sound haven can provide extremely high levels of acoustic comfort in a noisy industrial environment.
These are often used to meet Health and Safety at Work requirements.
These are modular and offer simple self assembly onsite.
Ideal for protecting the workforce from excessive machine noise.
Available with acoustic doors, ventilation and windows if required.
All components are designed to slot into place based on the 450mm wide main panel footprint.
The inside walls are perforated steel and therefore acoustically absorbent. This provides a high degree of internal acoustic comfort as well as further reducing the internal noise levels.

Internal Structural Support Steels
For larger enclosures an internal steel support frame may be required for supporting the roof and bracing the walls.
If the sound haven is inside a factory steel support is not usually required unless the size exceeds 4m(w) x 6m (w) x 4m(h).
